中国西部地区城市贫困与社会稳定问题探析

Urban Poverty and Social Stability in West China

近年来，中国西部地区的城市贫困问题日益突出。西部城市贫困人 口主要由“民政扶助对象”、城市中无固定职业和收入的外来人员及困难企业的贫困职工组 成。西部城市贫困问题与其他社会问题交织在一起，对城市环境、基础设施、社区文化、社 会治安、社会公德等造成了一系列巨大的影响，西部大开发应关注城市贫困问题。

In recent years, the problem of urban poverty in west China is getting more and more conspicuous. Urban poor population in west China is made up of p eople receiving governmental aid, people without certain occupation and set inco me and distressed staff members of enterprises in unfavorable condition. Mixed with other social problems, urban poverty in west China is exerting great inf luence on urban environment, infrastructure, community culture, social securit y, social morality, etc.. The problem of urban poverty should be one of the maj or concerns in west development.
