摘要
该跨国公司是全球 5 0 0强之一的国际知名企业 ,其绩效考评系统是一套依托于其全球局域网 (Intranet) ,运行在LotusNotes之上正式的员工绩效评估计算系统。其考评内容分为结果评估 (Resultassessment)与价值观评估 (Valueassessment) ;此考评系统的目的在于提高其中国员工的整体绩效。
It is one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. In order to enhance its overall performance, it uses a new ERP system. Its PA (performance appraisal) system runs on Lotus Notes in its own intranet, which comprises result assessment & value assessment. This article introduces and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, makes some suggestions as well. Maybe it is useful to our big state owned enterprises.
