<title>Tracing of Task Orders in Virtual Enterprises

摘要 先介绍了网络组织的4种协调模式,指出虚拟企业适用于分权度较大的协调模式,并构造了在允许个体企业接市场订单的某种协调模式下的虚拟企业ERP的计划层次体系。着眼于新环境下虚拟企业生产计划与控制要求计划共享的新需要,揭示了在MRP处理过程中区分定单不同来源的必要性,为任务订单的跟踪作好了理论铺垫。最后将面向订单的方法扩充到了CRP中,并实现了在该VERP计划层次体系下的任务订单的跟踪。 <Abstrcat> Four coordination schemes in network organizations are introduced. A viewpoint is presented that virtual enterprises fit the more decentralized coordination schemes. Then a VERP hierarchical planning system is presented, with the adoption of a coordination scheme, which gives individual enterprises some opportunities to receive market orders. The new needs of sharing planning from virtual enterprise production planning and control in the new environment reveal the necessity to distinguish various sources from each other in MRP logic process, which provides theoretical foundation for tracing task orders. Finally, the orderoriented method is extended to CRP and tracing the task orders in the VERP hierarchical planning system is achieved.
