摘要
通过对产品生命周期各阶段表现出的不同市场特点,发现产品的成长期如同一个机会的窗口———产品的机会窗,然后给出了机会窗内企业获得超额利润的经济解释,以及机会窗的两层次结构。通过Verhulst模型对产品生命周期的拟合分析,对产品机会窗的最佳时机和产品的退出时机给出了一个定量的预测。
<Abstrcat> Based on the study of characteristics of product life cycle in different stages, this paper discovers that product growth period is like an opportunity window, and explains the reason why an enterprise could win extraprofit in opportunity window period economically and two tier structure of opportunity window. Through the analysis of product life cycle curve based on verhulst model, this paper gives forecast of the best time for product opportunity window and the time for product exit.
