摘要
信息交流技术 (ICT)日新月异的发展对瑞典的社会、学校教育、儿童的成长产生着深刻的影响。为此 ,瑞典政府颁布了《学习的工具———全国中小学信息交流技术计划》 ,旨在促进瑞典中小学信息化建设 ,对教师进行信息交流技术的在职培训。政策灵活 ,职责明确 。
There is a great impact on the Swedish society,schooling and children's development brought by the development of the Information Communication Technology (ICT). Thus,the Swedish government states Tools for Learning:A National Programme for ICT in Schools. The intentions are to promote the construction of the ICT in the Swedish schools,and to train the teachers on service. The keys to the success of this programme lie in the flexible policy,the specific duty and the right educational ideal about ICT.
