摘要
发酵过程是与微生物的生命活动相联系的生化过程 ,反应机理复杂 ,机理模型尚不成熟。本文提出利用发酵批报数据 ,以二次多项式模型集为基础 ,通过逐步回归和统计推断进行模型选择和参数估计的通用建模方法 ,以实现发酵过程的预测控制。
Fermentation process is a biochemical process related to biotic activity of microbes,and its reaction mechanism is very complicated,so the theoretical model have not yet applied.This paper provides an universal method of modeling that is based on quadratic model set and using the data of fermenter.The selection of model and estimation of parameter are made by stepwise regression and statistical inference.The model can be used in predication of process of fermentation.
