摘要
基于油水的物化性质 ,对工业回收甲苯—水分散体系采用预热后再经斜板沉降器分离的工艺 ,研究了预热温度、混合程度及斜板结构参数对处理负荷的影响 .结果表明 ,当预热温度为 4 0℃~ 6 0℃时 ,能有效破坏分散油和乳化油的稳定性 ,处理负荷有较大提高 ,且处理负荷与斜板倾角、板间距间存在着适宜值 .
Based on analyses of property of the oil water mixture,the process of preheating dispersions and then separated in inclined plate settler was used for industrial toluene water.The influences of the preheating temperature,mix pump speed and the structure parameters on the treatment load were studied through experiments. The results show that the treatment ability increases significantly with a variation of preheating temperature from 40 ℃ to 60 ℃,in the plate distance and inclined angle there was an optimum solution.
