胺化磺基聚酯树脂的合成及应用

摘要 减压下 ,顺丁烯二酸酐、苯酐与二元醇在 190℃~ 2 10℃下经过缩合聚合得到含有一定数目碳碳双键的不饱和聚酯 (酸值 30± 5 ) .该不饱和聚酯先与少量亚硫酸氢钠在 80℃~ 10 0℃下反应1h~ 2h ,再与乙二胺下脚料 (混合多乙烯多胺 )在 70℃下反应 2h~ 3h制得碱性聚酯 ,并用冰醋酸中和至pH≈ 6 ,得到一种棕红色黏稠状透明液体———胺化磺基聚酯树脂 (AS -UP树脂 ) .用该树脂分别与固色剂Y和玻璃润滑剂复配成不同浸润剂后 ,进行玻璃纤维的成型加工、增强材料等实验 .结果表明 ,使用该树脂复配成浸润剂所制得的玻璃纤维的主要性能指标均达到或超过了市场上使用的成本较高的SR— 1树脂 .此外 ,AS -UP树脂制造与复配工艺简单适用 ,可作为SR— Unsaturated polyester with sulfonic groups can be prepared by condensing polymerization among maleic anhydride,phthalic anhydride and dibasic alcohol at 190 ℃~210 ℃ till acid value of 30±5,and then by nucleophilic addition of reaction mixture with a small mount of NaHSO 3 at 80 ℃~100 ℃ for 1 h~2 h.The polyester obtained was treated with the leftover bits and pieces of ethyldiamine (polyethylene polyamine mixture) at 70 ℃ for 2 h~3 h,followed by neutralixing the reaction mixture to pH≈6 with HOAc to give a slow moving transparent brown red and water soluble liquid resin (signed as 'AS UP').The experiment of the forming process and reinforcing materials of glass fibers were done when infiltrants made up from the complex of the AS UP resin and fixing agent Y or glass lubricant was used,the result shows that this glass fiber's main property reach or exceed SR-1 resin.In addition,the manufacture and complex technology of AS-UP resin are simple and suitable,so AS UP resin is ideal substitute for SR-1 resin.
