摘要
通过正交和单因素分析 ,探讨了马来酸 -丙烯酸共聚物 CA(柠檬酸 )整理棉布织物的工艺因素 ,得到最佳配方为 :在酸总浓度为 8%时 ,马来酸 -丙烯酸共聚物 CA比率为 1∶3,催化剂 酸比率为 0 .4∶1 ,焙烘温度 1 85℃ ,焙烘时间 3分钟 ,此整理剂有较好的防皱性能和耐洗性。
Based on L 9(3 4) orthogonal and a single factor analysis method ,finishing technique of cotton fabrics by copolymer of maleic acid and acrylic acid/citric acid was discussed. We found that finished cotton fabrics had good wrinkle resistance and laundering durability when the total acid concentration was 8%,the catalyst to total acid ratio was 0.4:1, the ratio of copolymer to citric acid was 1:3 ,curing temperature ×curing temperature was 185℃×3 min.
