摘要
介绍了防霉剂双乙酸钠的性能特点、应用及市场状况 ,验证其防霉效果优于其它防霉剂 ,考察了原料配比、反应时间、溶剂用量等因素对双乙酸钠质量和收率的影响 ,找到了最佳工艺条件 .实验表明用三水乙酸钠替代无水乙酸钠制备双乙酸钠 ,具有原料廉价易得、工艺简单、生产成本低、无三废排放等优点 ,且该工艺在工业生产中是可行的 .
The properties,application and market state of sodium diacetate have been presented in the paper.The effects of the component ratio,reaction time and amount of solvent on the product yield and quality have been discussed and the optimum technological conditions have been obtained.The results proved that the method of replacing sodium acetate by sodium acetate trihydrate to produce sodium diacetate has the advantages of low cost,easily available raw materials,simple technique and less pollution.It can be used in the industrial production.
