摘要
通过介绍S7 2 0 0PLC集成闭环控制指令的特点和用法 ,探讨了S7 2 0 0PLC和TP触摸屏在改造YG190 6烟包真空回潮机自动控制系统中的应用 ,并对电控系统中的软硬件设计提出了实施方案。改进后取得了满意的效果 ,每批抽空时间比原来缩短 5～ 6min ,节约了蒸气用量 ,减少了故障停机率 ,提高了工作效率。
Features and usage of S7 200 integrated closed loop control instructions were described, application of S7 200 PLC and Touch Panel 37 in improvement of the automatic control system of YG1906 vacuum pre conditioner was discussed, and a working plan for software and hardware design of the control system was established. Satisfactory results obtained by improving the system were that the vacuuming time per batch was decreased by 5-6 minutes, steam consumption and downtime were reduced, and working efficiency was improved.
