摘要
研究了不同的复合材料补片、不同的胶粘剂、不同的表面处理方式、不同的修补粘接长度 ,对带孔铝合金板的修补拉伸强度的影响 ,探讨了带损伤的常用航空铝材。采用复合材料技术修复后 。
To investigate the composite repair effect for damaged aluminum alloy plates, the influences of different composite patches, bonding adhesives, surface treatment methods and repair bonding lengths on the tensile strength of the holed aluminum plate repaired with composite patches are studied. The tensile strength of the damaged or corroded aluminum alloy plate LC4-CS used on the aero planes was tested, and the possibility of the repaired damaged or corroded aluminum alloy plate with composite patches to meet applicable requirements was investigated. The results show that the repair method adopted is effective.
