摘要
研究了 Ti Ni形状记忆合金 /水泥基复合材料的相变行为。差热分析 (DSC)研究结果表明 ,由于水泥基体的约束作用 ,形状记忆合金中剩余取向马氏体的逆相变温度上升。在逆相变开始阶段 ,逆马氏体相变的平均速率较大 ;在复合材料 DSC加热曲线吸热峰结束温度以上 。
The martensitic transformation behaviors of TiNi shape memory alloy-cement composites are explored. The DSC results indicate that the reverse transformation temperature of the remaining martensite in TiNi shape memory alloy increases due to the constraint of the cement matrix. In the beginning of the reverse martensitic transformation, the average reverse transformation ratio is larger. Above the finish temperature of the endothermic peak in the DSC heating curve of the cement composite sample, the reverse transformation of the remaining martensite is still carrying on slowly.
