摘要
用高温固相法合成制备了红色长余辉发光材料CaS:Eu^(2+),Tm^(3+)。用X射线粉晶衍射 (XRD)对合成产物进行了分析。用荧光光度计测定了合成产物的激发波长与发射波长 ,确定了Eu2 +和Tm3 +的最佳用量以及最佳灼烧条件为 115 0℃ 。
A long lag luminescent material CaS:Eu 2+ ,Tm 3+ is prepared with high temperature solid phase synthesis technique. The phase of the material is analyzed by using XRD and the excitative and emissive wavelength are detected on phospher luminometer. The optimum concentrations of Eu 2+ and Tm 3+ and the optimum sintering temperature of 1150℃ are determined. The effects of some additive agents on luminescent performance is also covered.
