摘要
本文提出,我国缩微机械行业的发展大致可分为初创期、发展期和融合期这样三个阶段,并对三个阶段的发展历程做了简要回顾。本文还对我国缩微机械行业的发展前景做了展望。
The development of microphotographic machinery industry in China proceeded through three stages:the early founding period,the bumper advance ment period and the recent combination period.This paper offers an outline and analysis of these three periods and p resents also a configuration of the f uture prospect of this industry.
