摘要
本文对5447份血细菌培养结果进行了分析:共分离出病原微生物1319株,阳性率为24.2%,其中表皮葡萄球菌居首位。结果提示:过去曾认为是致病力较弱或污染的细菌引起的感染逐渐增多。另外,血细菌培养的阳性率呈逐年上升趋势,这可能与分离技术的提高或临床使用抗生素不合理有关。
In this article,The results of 5447 cases with blood bacteria culture from February 1984 to May 1990 were analyzed retrospectivelly.1319 strains of the pathogenic becteria were cultured,in which the first amount is staphylococcus-epidermidis.The positive rate is 24.2 percent.The results show that bacteriums be always considered with low pathogenicity or contaminated in past is increased gradually.In addition,blood bacteria culture positive rate tend to rise year by year.It probably relate to improvement of culture technique and unreasonable usage of antibiotics.
