溶液聚合BMI/DDM/ER树脂基绝缘复合材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文介绍了以单胺为封端剂 ,溶液聚合BMI DDM ER树脂配比对力学及电学性能的影响 ,研究了树脂的反应性 ,确定了树脂的固化工艺制度 ,测试了用该树脂和高硅氧纤维制备的复合材料的力学、电学性能。结果表明 ,该树脂能湿法成型 ,在12 0℃可进行固化反应 ,复合材料具有良好的机械性能与介电性能。在工频下tgδ为 0 0 0 44 ,在高频 1MHz下tgδ为 0 0 0 5 1。它可用作宽频断。 In the paper,the mechanical and electric behaviors of a BMI/DDM/ER system are investigated.This is an aniline end capped system,and BMI/DDM/ER are polymerized in xylene solution.The study includes the effects of monomer mixture ratio and curing temperature.The modified resin has good reactivity at the temperature more than 120℃.The results show that BMI/DDM/ER system has high heat resistance,good mechanical properties as well as excellent dielectric properties.The dielectric loss tangent(tgδ)is 0.0044 at 50Hz and 0.0051 at 1MHz respectively.The resin can be used as the matrix of high temperature resistant and insulating composite materials.
