摘要
本文介绍了SMC BMC用低收缩添加剂 (LPA)的发展历程 ,并从微观相结构方面阐释了PE、PSt、PVAc、及SBS类LPA的性能差异。随后介绍了一些LPA的合成路线 ,着重详述了一些LPA合成方面的最新进展 ,如高抗冲PS、改性PVAc类LPA的合成 ,并由此得出关于LPA研究的路线。
This paper introduces the development of the LPAs used in SMC/BMC and explicates the difference of LPA properties by their microstructure. These LPAs are PSt, PVAc and SBS. Some new developments in the research of LPAs are presented. A detail explication is give to synthesize PSt and PVAc. Their copolymer are used as LPAs in SMC/BMC process.Some conclusions here are useful for developing novel LPA applied in SMC/BMC processes.
