摘要 介绍了国内外氯化聚氯乙烯 (CPVC)树脂的发展概况及生产能力。据统计 ,我国CPVC树脂总生产能力在万吨以上 ,产量约 3kt/a ;估计 2 0 0 0年世界CPVC产量为 5万~ 6万t,其中硬质材料约占 80 %以上 ;CPVC的生产方法有三种 :溶剂法 (含氯量为 6 1%~ 6 5 % )、水相法及气相法 ,其中水相法工艺近年有较大的发展 ,用两步法氯化能生产高含氯量 (71%~ 75 % )的CPVC树脂。指出CPVC树脂的生产具有工艺简单 ,加工容易 ,材料性能好 ,生产几乎无三废 ,投资少 ,原料来源充足等优点 ,从而扩大了PVC树脂应用范围 。 The development situation and capacity of chlorinated PVC resins at home and abroad are introduced.On the basis of statistics,the total domestic capacity of CPVC is over 10 kt/a and the output is about 3 kt/a .The worldwide output of CPVC was estimated to be 50 to 60 kt/a in the year of 2000,of which rigid materials amounted to over 80 per cent.CPVC can be produced by three kinds of processes including solvent method (content of chlorine in CPVC ranges from 61% to 65%),aqueous phase method and gas phase method.The aqueous method has developed quickly in recent years,and the CPVC with high content of chlorine (71%~75%) has been produced by two-step chlorination process.It is indicated that because CPVC production is characterized by simple production process without wastes,low investment,abundant raw materials,good performance,easy processing and larger application fields,CPVC is suitable to be produced in domestic medium-scale and small-scale enterprises.
