The flow process of successfully adopting carbide slurry by-product from the production of PVC in the production of epoxypropane in Jinhua Chemical Industry (Group) Co.,Ltd.is introduced briefly.Combined with practicle work situation of facility,various influences of carbide slurry on the production of epoxypropane are discussed.Series of measures to save large amount of water and steam are introduced,which involes adopting secondary sand-removed process to get ideal sand-removed effects,adjusting the flow rate of lime slurry by converting frequency to prevent blockage of equipment,settling down carbide slurry and applying the supernatant fluid to dissolve lime and so on.
