摘要
芽孢杆菌T12 -1与嗜热链球菌ST及嗜酸乳杆菌C3 进行原生质体融合 ,获得两株科间融合子S -T13 -3 7和C -T2 4 -8,它们对培养液中的胆固醇降解率分别为 5 4%和 78%。ST、C3 和T12 -1原生质体的再生率分别为 10 .5 %、8.6 %和 11.2 %,ST与T12 -1原生质体科间融合率约为 4.6ⅹ 10 -6;C3 与T12 -1原生质体科间融合率约为 3.8ⅹ 10 -6。
Using the protoplast fusion technique , Bacillus T 12-1 and Streptococcus thermophilusST,Bacillus T 12-1 and Lactobacillus acidlophilus C 3 were successfully fused . Fusion hybrids S-T 13-37 and C-T 24-8 were obtained , which can highly transform cholesterol.Their regeneration rate were 10.5%,11.2% and 8.6% respectively. fusion rate of ST and T 12-1 , C 3 and T 12-1 were 4.6×10 -6 , 3.8×10 -6 respectively.
