摘要
使用 Johnson’s 评分法对51例少精症和无精症睾丸活检进行研究,着重于对间质病变的观察。结果表明:Johnson’s 评分法对临床治疗、予后估计有一定帮助。睾丸间质病变以及肥大细胞数量增多与不育症密切相关。并为节育方法提出一种新设想。
By using Johnson’s scoring,the mast cell of testicular biopsy speciments of male infertility was investigated in 51 patients with spermacrasia and asoospermia.The interstitial lesion of testis is observated emphatically.The results indecate that Johnson’s scoring has contribution to clinical treatment and.prognostic evaluation.The lesion and the number of mast cell in the testicular intertitial are significantly associated with male infertility.The present investigation also induced us to imagine a new method birth control.
