摘要
对 10只山羊和 2 4只家兔分别进行频繁采血试验 ,比较各种收集的血液样品和手术安装静脉插管采血与静脉直接采血的可操作性 ,以选择出合适的采血方法。结果发现 ,对于山羊宜取静脉直接采血的方法 ,而对于家兔频繁采血时 ,心脏采血与静脉直接采血都不可行 。
In order to evaluate the various methods of collecting blood samples,10 goats and 24 rabbits were treated with dense frequency,including from vena jugularis,auruvein and pipette etc.The results show that sampling from the vena jugularis is of the great convenience for goat,while sampling through intubation is suitable for rabbit other than from vein and heart directly.
