摘要
本文选用试剂苯甲醛和天然的苯甲醛为原料,合成了β—环糊精—苯甲醛包含物这一新剂型抗癌药物。收率以β—环糊精计分别为82%和95%。报告了该抗癌剂的制备原理及化学结构鉴定。
β-cyclodextrin-benzyaldehyde,a newtype anticarcinogen,was synthesed by taking natural and reagent benzyaldehyde as raw meterial.The recovery ratio calculated by β-cyclodextrin is 82% and 95% respectively.The preparating mechanisms and chemical structure identification of β-cyclodextrin—denzyaldehyte was reported.
