MLB-200型Q-开关Nd:YAG激光治疗雀斑67例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect by MLB-200 Type Q-Switched Nd: YAG Laser in Freckles: Report of 67 Cases

本文报道使用 ML B- 2 0 0型 Q-开关 Nd:YAG激光治疗 6 7例雀斑的疗效。选用 5 32 nm波长 ,光斑直径 2～ 3m m,能量密度 6～ 10 J/ cm2 ,脉冲频率 2～ 5次 /秒 ,光斑重叠不超过 10 %。术后 8周进行第二次治疗 ,第二次治疗后三个月评定疗效。结果 ,两次治疗后总痊愈率为 92 .5 4%,无严重副作用产生。

To investigate the clinical effect on treating freckles by MLB-200 type Q-switched Nd: YAG laser, 67patients with freckles was treated. The results were showed that the curative rate was 93.54% after the second treatment. It was thought that laser with 532nm wave has marked therapeutic effect in removal of epidermal pigment without causing scar formation. It is an excellent therapeutic procedure for freckles.
