BAC文库构建中的几个技术问题探讨 被引量：7

摘要 构建BAC文库有两个关键环节 :一是载体的克隆 ;二是HMW(highmolecularweight)DNA的制备。针对这两个问题 。 There are two crucial steps in BAC library construction:one is vector cloning,the second is the preparation of HMW DNA.In order to solve these two problems,it has been made a deep study on purifying of vector and selection of HMW DNA.
