前列腺恶性肿瘤诊断体会

DIAGNOSIS OF PROSTATIC MALIGNANT TUMORS

本文报告前列腺恶性肿瘤20例(病14例,肉瘤6例)诊断体会,指出:(1)凡>50岁男性腰腿痛患者,除x线检查外,应作直肠指诊,以较早发现前列腺病变。(2)对切除前列腺增生的可疑标本,应连续切片病检,减少隐性癌的漏诊。(3)前列腺肉瘤穿刺前,应排空尿液,以免抽出尿液而误为囊肿。对各种检查方法的诊断价值作了扼要的讨论。

20 cases of prostatic malignant tumors treated from 1969 to 1989 are reported. There are 14 cases with prostatic carcinoma and 6 cases sarcoma. About diagnosis, the writers in- dicated that: (1) besides the X-rey examination, rectal touch is necessary for men beyond 50 years old with lumbocrurat pains, in order to early find out prostatism. (2) To reduce mis- sed diagnosis of occult carcinoma, suspicious specimen extracted from bengin prostatic hypertrophy should be emptied to avoid regarding pumped urine as prostatic cyst before puncture of prostatic sarcoma. We also reviewed related literatures and discused the clinical valucs or vaious examination methods.
