Study on Toxicity and Efficacy of LW-1 Brand Insecticidal Paint

目的 :试验测定LW -1杀虫涂料的毒性和药效。方法 :霍恩氏法 ,寇氏法 ,强迫接触法。结果 :LD50 >5 0 0mg/kg ,属低毒物 ,对皮肤无刺激性 ;室温放置 18个月后 ,对蚊、蝇、蜚蠊仍有较好的杀灭效果。 结论 :LW -1杀虫涂料毒性低 ,药效好 。

Objective:To test the toxicity and efficacy of LW-1 brand insecticidal paint.Method:Horn's,Korbor's and coerce-touching were used. Results:LD 50 was over 500 mg/kg to Wistar mouse and this products was in a low toxicity level and hadn't skin's stimulation. The lasting period of 100% mortality against mosquitoes, houseflies and cockroaches were over eighteen monthes.Conclusion:The insecticidal paint is available value in future.
