摘要
目的:研究高脂血症大鼠的血管、内皮功能。方法:只雄性大鼠随机分为正常组和高胆固醇高脂饮食16Wistar 组,喂养周,测定血清一氧化氮()和血浆内皮素()水平,离体做主动脉条片对新福林的收缩反应、对乙酰胆12NOET(PE)碱()和硝普钠()的舒张反应。AchSNP结果:两组大鼠和水平无显著性差异;主动脉条片对的收缩反应、对NOETPEAch和的舒张反应亦无显著性差异。SNP结论:高脂血症大鼠的血管、内皮功能均未发生明显改变。
Objective: To study the effect of hypercholesterolemia on vascular and endothelial function in Wistar rats. Methods: Male Wistar rats were fed 2 % cholesterol diet for 12 weeks. Blood was drawn to determine the level of serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET); thoracic aorta was harvested for studies of vascular reactivity to phenylephrine (PE), acetylcholine (Ach) and sodium nitroprusside (SNP). Results: There were no significant differences between NC and HC group in the level of serum NO and plasma ET ( P<0.05); responses (including the maximal responses) of the thoracic aorta to PE, Ach and SNP were not affected by 2% cholesterol diet. Conclusion: Vascular systolic function and diastolic function were not altered in hypercholesterole-mic rats.
