摘要
目的:观察不同接骨板固定对兔股骨骨缺损修复的影响。方法:选用健康成年新西兰兔只,随机分为三组,于15动物右后肢股骨中段骨缺损模型分别作涂层钛板,普通钛板和不锈钢接骨板内固定,并在两种钛板组股骨缺损处填塞HAHA块状人工骨,术后各组周、周、周、周和周分批处死动物,经大体、组织学及扫描电镜观察。2481216结果:涂层钛板具HA有良好的组织相容性和显著的骨传导作用,周围新骨生成的速度与质量、数量均优于另外两组。结论:涂层钛板固定与周HA围组织结合牢固,固定可靠,有利于骨缺损的修复。
Objective: To investigate the effects of internal fixation with different plates on repairing of rabbit's femoral diaphyseal defect. Methods: Fifteen New Zealand adult white rabbits were used to produce right femoral diaphyseal defect models and they were randomly divided into three groups with each plated with HA-coated titanium alloy plates, ordinary titanium alloy plates or stainless steel plates. Segments of HA artificial bone were also employed to fill the defects in the two groups fixed with titanium alloy plates. Animals in each group were sacrificed successively in 2,4,8,12 and 16 weeks with 3 each time after plate fixation. Samples were harvested to undergo gross anatomy, histological examination and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results: It was found that new bone formation had been quicker with better quality and more quantity in the group with HA-coated titanium alloy plate fixation than in other groups, that HA-coated titanium alloy plate had had commendable biocompatibility with animal tissue and there had been apparent osteoconduction effect. Conclusion: Fixation with HA-coated titanium alloy plate is more stable than other plates and is suitable in repairing bone defect.
