复方丹参当归液治疗慢性前列腺炎

THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC PROSTATITIS BY USING COMPOUND LIQUID OF ANGELICA AND SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA

研究目的探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法设计用复方丹参当归液治疗45例慢性前列腺炎患者,观察其临床治疗效果。研究单位一附院泌尿外科患者慢性前列腺炎患者45例,年龄16～50岁,平均年龄33岁,高峰年龄为25岁。处理方法100％复方丹参液4ml和5％当归液4ml混合,经会阴部或经肛门直肠壁穿刺前列腺,双侧各注入4ml,每周二次,六次为一疗程。结果本组平均用药两个疗程,最长为三个疗程。治愈40例(88.9％),好转4例(8.89％),无效1例(2.2％),总有效率为97.8％,不育8例中有6例已生育。结论前列腺局部注射复方丹参当归液是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。

Stody Objective To search the effective therapy for chronic prostatitis. Design Fouty--five patients with chronic prostatitis are treated by using compound liq- uid ofangelica and salvia miltiorrhiza, and the therapeutic effect are observed. Setting Department of Urinary Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital. Patients Fourty--five patients with chronic prostatitis, the range of age is from l6 to 50 years old.The peak age is 25 years old. Interventions l00% compound angelica liquid 4ml was mixed with 5% salvia miltiorrhiza liquid 4ml. Prostates puncture were carried out passing perineum of anorectal wall, and two sides of prostates were injected with 4ml comound liquid of angelica and salvia miltiorrhiza, twice a week, 6 times of injection was took as a course of treatment. Results The average course of treatment was two courses in the patients of this group, The longest of therapeutic course are 3 courses of treatment.There are 40 patients were cured, 4 patients are effective and one patient is not effective, and the total effective rate is 97.8%.Six of the eight patients with infertility have reproduced. Conclusion It is a effective method for treating chronic prostatitis to inject compound liquid of angelica and salvia mitiorrhiza in prostate.
