由EST到全长cDNA——RACE及相关技术进展 被引量:5

摘要 由EST出发获得全长cDNA是基因组和功能基因组研究的重要内容之一,cDNA末端快速扩增技术(RACE)是实现此目的的重要方法。本文对RACE的基本原理及其改进,尤其是AM-MV酶TS(template switch)功能的应用带来的技术革新进行了综述。
