摘要
以邻氯苯腈 (OCBN)和氟化钾为原料 ,环丁砜为反应介质 ,经氟化反应合成了邻氟苯腈。其最佳工艺条件 :反应温度 2 5 5~ 2 6 0℃ ,反应时间 7h ,原料配比OCBN∶KF =1∶1.8(mol)。OCBN与环丁砜质量比为 1∶4 ,产品收率≥ 85 % ,含量≥ 98 0 %
o Flurobenzonitrile(OFBN) was prepared from 2 chlorobenzonitrile and KF using sulfolane as a solvent. The optimum reactions were as follow :OCBW∶KF=1∶1.8(mol),OCBN∶sulfolone=1∶4( m/m ),reaction temperatare 255~260℃ and reaction time 7h. The yield of the product was 85% and the purity was more than 98%.
