摘要 以羟基丁酮为原料 ,经酰化、环合等步骤合成医药中间体 4 氯 4 ,5 二甲基 1,3 二氧杂环戊烷 2 酮 ,合成收率达 86 4 Chloro 4,5 dimethyl 1,3 dioxolan 2 one was synthesized from 3 hydroxy 2 butanone by acylation and cyclization, the yield was above 86%.
