无机钛硅原料体系TS-1催化环己酮氨氧化反应的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了自制的无机钛硅原料体系TS - 1催化环己酮氨氧化反应 ,结果表明 :钛进入了分子筛的骨架中 ,构成了TS - 1催化活性中心。考察了以水为溶剂时 ,催化剂用量、氧酮比、氨氧比对氨氧化反应的影响 ,得出了无机钛硅原料体系TS - 1催化环己酮氨氧化反应的最优反应条件。在此条件下 ,环己酮的转化率可达 97%以上 ,环已酮肟的收率可达 96 % Ammoximation of cyclohexanone in the presence of a titanium silicalite (TS 1) catalyst was studied. The result showed that the cyclohexanone conversion increased with the increase of the content of catalyst when pure water was used as solvent, and the high content of H 2O 2 would be propitious to the cyclohexanone conversion but make against the selectivity of oxime,and increasing the amount of NH 3 could increase the selectivity of oxime with higher content of H 2O 2.When m(catalyst)/n(cyclohexanone)=18g∶1mol,H 2O 2∶cyclohexanon=2.5∶1(mole),NH 3∶H 2O 2=2.5∶1(mole),NH 3 interval addition,temperature 73℃,reaction 5h, the yield of cyclohexanone oxime could reach 96%.
