环烷酸烷醇酰胺的合成及其应用探讨

Study on the Synthesis and Application of Naphthenic Acid Hydroxyalkylamides

以环烷酸为原料合成烷醇酰胺。考察了温度、反应时间、加料方式、催化剂用量等因素对合成的影响 ,通过正交试验得出了优化工艺条件。

The hydroxyalkylamides was synthesized from naphthenic acid.It was studied that the effective factors on the synthesis such as the temperature,time of the reaction,the mode of feeding and the amount of the catalyst.The most suitable process conditions were obtained by orthogonality test.The possibility of the product using as reagent of flotation of coal was investigated.
