慢性重型乙型肝炎肝内淋巴细胞AICD现象的探测

Activation-induced cell death happened in infiltrating lymphocytes in liver of patients with chronic severe hepatitis B

目的 了解肝脏局部浸润淋巴细胞是否存在AICD现象及其意义。方法 采用S P法检测 10例慢性重型乙型肝炎肝组织Fas和FasL表达。结果 10例慢性重型乙型肝炎肝内浸润淋巴细胞和肝细胞皆有不同程度的Fas和FasL的表达 ,Fas和FasL在淋巴细胞和肝细胞皆以膜浆型表达为主。结论 慢性重型乙型肝炎肝组织内细胞损伤的效靶关系十分复杂 ,肝组织浸润淋巴细胞存在激活诱导细胞死亡现象 ,浸润的淋巴细胞可能通过Fas/FasL介导的凋亡途径而下调免疫反应。

Objective To explore whether there is activation-induced cell death (AICD) in the infiltrating lymphocytes from the liver of chronic severe hepatitis B patients and its significance. Methods The liver tissue samples from 10 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were investigated with SP immunohistochemical method for the expressions of Fas and FasL in hepatocytes and infiltrating lymphocytes. Results Expressions of Fas and FasL in varying degrees were identified in the infiltrating lymphocytes and hepatocytes in the samples. Fas and FasL were mainly expressed in the membrane and cytoplasm of lymphocytes and hepatocytes. Conclusion The effect-target relationship is very complex in the cell damage of liver tissue in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. There is activation-induced cell death(AICD) in the infiltrating lymphocytes of their livers, which may down-regulate immune reaction by Fas-FasL mediated apoptosis pathway.
