The new concept of congestive heart failure and its drug treatment

目的对充血性心力衰竭的新概念及其药物治疗作一综述。方法对充血性心力衰竭的新认识和治疗新成果加以分析、整理。结果展现充血性心力衰竭的新认识和药物治疗领域的最近成果。结论根据舒张期和收缩期心衰选择用药,对充血性心力衰竭的预后将会有大的改善。

Objective:To systematically review the new concept and drug treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods:Data on congestive heart failure were obtained by review.The new concept and drug treatment were the focus of this analysis.Results:All applicable data on the new concept and drug treatment of congestive heart failure were extracted.Conclusions:Accumulating data suggested that it would be helpful to improve the prognosis to select optimal medication according to the different types of heart failure(heart failure within diastolic or systolic period).
