摘要
本文测试与分析了四种自制建筑修复用树脂体系制备的CERP/混凝土试件在 80℃水煮老化、6 0℃湿热老化和常温紫外线老化条件下的正拉粘结强度。试验结果表明 ,80℃水煮老化对各体系试件的正拉粘结强度影响最大。同时表明WC和WJ树脂体系制备的CFRP/混凝土试件在三种不同老化条件下的正拉粘结强度与平行试验的日本进口树脂体系的CFRP/混凝土试件值相当。
Because of the interface between CFRP and concrete destroyed heavily under high load and environment ageing conditions,the study on the performance of CFRP/concrete under ageing conditions becomes very important.In this paper the effects of hydrothermal ageing and ultraviolet ageing are investigated.Five specimens,one made by Japanese resin and others self made,were prepared and bondingstrength after ageing of these specimens was tested.Analyzing the data,the performance of specimens from WC and WJ was close to JAP.In a word,the results of this thesis would be instructive to the engineering of reinforced concrete to elongate the life of architecture.
