摘要
本文比较详细地介绍了苯并环丁烯及其衍生物的合成、反应 ,并着重阐述了各种苯并环丁烯树脂的自聚、与活性化合物的共聚反应及其所形成的聚合物的结构与性能 ,同时也简述了亚胺化苯并环丁烯树脂的纤维复合材料的性能。
In the present article,the syntheses and chemical reactions with themselves and/or other compounds of benzocyclobutene and derivatives are reviewed.Self-polymerization and co-polymerization with active monomers or resins of various benzocyclobutene resins and structures and ultimate properties of obtained polymers are described in some detail.The graphite fiber reinforced benzocyclobutene resin composites and their properties are also outlined.
