摘要 目的 了解天然水氟含量自然变化。方法 在135团测定了2001年井水氟含量,根据1980年和2001年资料分析了井水氟变化。结果 通过对相隔21年的2组井水氟含量比较,发现该农场21年来居民饮用的井水氟含量大幅度上升。该农场由20世纪80年代的轻、中度病区,现在已变为地方性氟中毒重病区。水氟上升可能与当地地下水开发有关。结论 135团近20年地下水氟含量有明显上升,这是一个在地方性氟中毒防治中值得注意的问题。 Objective To understand the change of fluoride level in natural water. Methods In the 135th Farm,the levels of water fluoride in wells were determined in 2001, and the change of fluoride level in well was analyzed according to the data both in 1980 and 2001. Results According to the comparison of the water fluoride between both 1980 and 2001, the findings showed that fluoride level of well water was obviously incieasing during 21 years. This farm was a mild and moderate area for endemic fluorosis in 1980, but it turn into a so-vere area of endemic fluorosis at present. The increase of water fluoride could be reated to open up subterranean water excessively. Conclusion The level of water fluoride in well increased obviously in 135th Farm during 21 years. It is a wortiiy problem of note for the field of endemic Duorosis control.
