Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Ovary of Different Ages

为探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在不同年龄组妇女卵巢的表达 ,收集 2 0～ 38岁和 39～ 4 6岁因各种原因手术的全部或部分正常卵巢组织。采用免疫组织化学方法测定 VEGF在卵巢组织中的表达。发现 VEGF在颗粒细胞、卵泡膜细胞及间质细胞、卵泡液中有表达。随着卵泡发育 ,VEGF表达明显增加 ,初级卵泡、次级卵泡中的表达有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。随年龄增加 ,卵巢中 VEGF表达明显增多 (P<0 .0 5 )。说明 VEGF在人卵泡发育过程中起重要调节作用。作为对大年龄卵巢微循环不足的反应 。

To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the ovary of women with different ages, immunohistochemestry method was used to detect the expession of VEGF in ovaries of 30 women with 20-38 ages and those of 30 women with 39-47 ages. The ovarian expression of VEGF was found to be localized maily in the cytoplasm and on the membrane of the granulocytes. The VEGF expression was obviously increased during the course of follicular development ( P <0 05). The expressin was increased significantly in the ovaries of older women ( P <0 05). In conclusion, VEGF might play an important role in blastocyst development. In response to the defficency of microcirculation of older ovary, the expression of VEGF was increased significantly in the ovary.
