摘要
目的 研究溶栓酶 (TE)对血栓的溶解作用。方法 家兔血栓模型采用动 -静脉旁路法并测定血液纤溶和凝血系统相关参数指标。结果 TE(3 75、7 5 0MIU/kg)对家兔动 -静脉旁路所形成血栓有明显溶栓作用 ,可明显减轻血栓干、湿重量 ,并可明显降低血浆纤溶酶原含量 ,使血浆纤维蛋白降解产物转呈阳性反应。结论 TE有明显的血栓溶解作用。
Objective To study the thrombolytic effect of thrombolytic enzyme(TE). Methods Thrombus model of artery-veins cross in rabbit was used. The relative parameters of blood coagulation system and fibrinolytic system were measured. Results TE(3.75,7.50 MIU/kg) possessed significantly thrombolytic effects on thrombos of artery-veins cross and lessened the amount of plasminogen(Plg) significantly and promoted the amount of plasma fibrinogen degradation product(FDP) significantly. Conclusion TE possesses significant thrombolytic effects.
