摘要
目的 :观察中药五倍子对釉质龋形成、发展的影响。方法 :采用多种致龋菌体外培养形成类似于口内的多菌种致龋菌斑 ,与釉质块共同孵育 ,形成釉质龋。测量龋损深度及脱矿液内的Ca、P含量 ,用扫描电镜观察釉质龋表面形态。结果 :五倍子对龋发生过程中的脱Ca具有抑制作用 ,与去离子水组比较具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,但作用小于 2 0ml/LNaF(P <0 .0 5 )。对龋损深度的影响与去离子水组有显著性差异 ,与2 0ml/LNaF组无显著性差异。结论 :在龋发生过程中五倍子可能对龋病的进展具有抑制作用。
AIM: To observe the effect of Chinese nutgall on restraining caries.METHODS: Using some kinds of cariogenic bacteria which were cultured together with the enamel blocks in vitro to form caries lesion. The depth and mineral lose of the caries lesion were measured.The morphological observations of enamel surface was carried out by SEM. RESULTS: There were significant difference ( P <0.01) between the effect of Chinese nutgall and deionised water on the lose of calcium ion and caries lesion depth , and the effect of 20ml/L NaF was superior to Chinese nutgall in inhibition of lose of calcium ion ( P <0.05). While there were no difference between them in caries lesion depth ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Chinese nutgall may restrain caries process during the development of caries lesion.
