摘要
采用微量异丙肾上腺素 (ISO)恒速静注造成沙土鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察灯盏花素对沙土鼠急性心肌缺血的影响 ,以心电图ST段降低及ST段降低的总和 (ΣΔST)为指标反映缺血程度 .结果表明 :注射灯盏花素 5 0 ,10 0mg/kg ,对ISO诱导沙土鼠急性心肌缺血有一定的保护作用 .建立的沙土鼠急性心肌缺血模型具有稳定性和重复性好、快捷有效、易掌握、耗费药品少等优点 。
An acute myocardial ischemia model in gerbils was made by steadied intravenous injection isoprenaline(ISO).The total flavonoids(beiviscapin) were isolated from erigeron beiviscapus. The effects of beiviscapin on the model were studied. The results showed that beiviscapin at 50?mg/kg and 100?mg/kg inhibited S-T segment's decline (P<0.05) and decreased ∑△ST(P<0.05) at the second minute after steadied iv ISO. It is suggested that beiviscapin can protect against acute ischemia injury during the short periods. This ISO-induced acute myocardial ischemia model on gerbils has some significant advantages, for example, higher stability, good duplication, quickly filtrating, easily mastering. The model may be used for quickly studying and screening the drugs protecting from myocardial ischemia.
