The Improvement and Discussion of the Technique of Making Sections for the Tooth Tissue

介绍了牙体组织制片的两种方法———切片法和磨片法 ,并对切片法中脱钙、脱水等步骤以及磨片法中包埋方法进行了改进 .应用该方法制作出组织结构完整。

The purpose of this research is to discuss and improve the technique of making sections of the tooth tissue. The methods of cutting sections and grinding sections are introduced in our research. The steps-decalcification, dehydration used in cutting sections and embedding used in grinding sections are improved. The sections made by our methods showed integrated tissue structure and clear cell morphology.
