胆系恶性肿瘤NK细胞计数及意义

THE COUNT OF NK CELL AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN EXTRAHEPATIC CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA AND GALLBLADDER CARCINOMA

目的 :研究胆系癌组织中NK细胞计数及其意义。方法 :应用LINK - 1单克隆抗体ABC免疫组化法染NK细胞。结果 :高分化、组织学分级I级和未转移组织系癌NK细胞计数均明显地低于低或未分化、组织学分级Ⅲ级和转移组胆系癌。结论 :NK细胞计数可能是反映胆系癌恶性程度 。

Objective:To investigate the counts of NK cells and its significances in 42 cases of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and 40 ones of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:NK cells were stained by ABC immunohistochemical methods with HNK-1 monoclonal antibody.Results:The counts of NK cells were significantly lower in the cases of well-differentiation,histological grade Ⅰ,and without metastasis than in the ones of poor-or un-differentiation, histological grade Ⅲ, and with metastasis.Conclusions:The counts of NK cells and the expressions of cath D might be important markers in reflecting the malignant degree,biological behaviors and prognosis of extra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder carcinoma.
