摘要 目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)在腰椎间盘退变及腰椎间盘突出症引起的坐骨神经痛发生中可能起到的作用。方法 测定 2 5例腰椎间盘突出症患者手术取出的髓核组织中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的含量。以 5例新鲜尸体的腰椎间盘髓核组织作为正常对照。对患者坐骨神经痛的程度以Dallas疼痛调查表作评分。结果 在腰椎间盘髓核组织中测得NO与NOS的存在 ,患者组含量明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。NO的含量与疼痛程度有相关性。结论 在腰椎间盘退变及腰椎间盘突出症引起的坐骨神经痛的发生中 ,一氧化氮可能起到某种重要作用。 Objective: To explore the role of nitric oxide in lumbar disc degeneration and sciatic pain due to herniated disc of the lumbar spine .Methods:The content of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were measured in the pulpous nucleus of herniated lumbar discs of 25 cases.Another 5 normal lumbar discs excised from fresh corpses were analyzed by the same procedure as comparison. Dallas pain questionaire(DPQ) was recorded to evaluate the severity of pain. Results: NO and NOS were detected in the homogenates of samples. The content of NO and NOS in the herniated lumbar discs were markedly higher than that in normal discs and the content of NO showed significant correlation with the severity of pain evaluated by DPQ. conclusion: NO may play an important role in the lumbar disc degeneration and the mechanism of sciatic pain due to lumbar disc degeneration.
