产科护士心理健康状况与应付方式的调查

Investigation on the Mental Health and Coping Style of Obstetric Nurses

目的探讨产科护士的心理健康状况及其应付方式。方法采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )和应付方式问卷(CSQ) ,分别对 6 6名产科护士和 5 6名内外科护士进行测评。结果产科护士除抑郁因子分低于内外科护士外 ,其余各因子分差异无显著性意义 (均P >0 0 5 ) ;产科护士多能采取成熟型的应付方式 (6 0 6 % ) ,与内外科护士应付方式类型比较 ,差异有极显著性意义 (χ2 =14 36 ,P <0 0 1)。采用混合型及不成熟型应付方式的护士心理健康状况相对较差。结论产科护士心理健康状况良好 。

Objective To investigate the mental health and coping style of obstetric nurses. Methods By using SCL 90 and CSQ, 66 obstetric nurses and 56 medical and surgical nurses were assessed respectively. Results There was no significant difference in factor scores except depressed factor score of obstetric nurses lower than that of me dical and surgical nurses. The obstetric nurses preferred to mature type coping style with the difference being very significant as comparison to those by medical and surgical nurses (χ 2=14.36, P <0 01). The mental health of the nurses in favor of mixed type and immature type coping styles was relatively poor.Conclusion The mental health of the obstetric nurses was good. Under various stress status, they prefer to mature type coping style.
