四年制中专涉外护理教育模式探讨

Investigation on the Educational Mode Concerning Foreign Nursing for 4-year Junior College Students

目的构建以能力为本的涉外护理教学体系 ,培养适应医学模式转变和护理学科发展的涉外护理人才。方法以涉外护理四年制中专学生为对象进行课程设置、教学方法和实践教学的改革。结果涉外护理班英语、医学基础知识、护理学基础课程及综合能力测试成绩均优于普通护理班 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。

Objective To establish a educational system concerning foreign nursing based on the ability development and train the students to satisfy the demands of medical mode conversion and nursing science development in foreign nursing field. Methods Conduct a reformation involving curriculum arrangement, educational methods and practices for 4 year junior college students majoring foreign nursing care. Results The scores of the comprehensive ability and the main curriculums tests in concerning foreign classes were higher than in common classes ( P <0 05 or P <0 01). Conclusion The type of the educational mode concerning foreign nursing is benefit for the students majoring nursing to develop their skills and improve their comprehensive ability.
